3D Five-Axis Bevel Cutting Head :

Equipped with a high-precision 3D 5-axis laser cutting head capable of ±45° to ±90° multi-angle rotation, enabling clean weld-ready bevel joints (K, V, Y bevels) on both flanges and web surfaces without secondary grinding.

Integrated Multi-Function Fabrication :

Combines cutoff, hole drilling, slotting, weld seam prep, cope cuts, and part marking into a single continuous clamping cycle, significantly accelerating fabrication throughput for steel structure manufacturing.

Automated Heavy Conveyor & Material Handling :

Integrated heavy-duty motorized roller conveyor system, automatic measuring probes, beam alignment trolleys, and pneumatic clamping units capable of handling long structural steel up to 12,000 mm – 24,000 mm.

3D Model Import & Intelligent Nesting Software :

Directly imports TEKLA 3D CAD/CAM models, featuring automated 3D nesting, laser trajectory optimization, heat distortion compensation, and real-time beam deformation scanning for minimal material waste.
