Big Spindle Bore & Double Pneumatic Chucks :

Big spindle bore diameter (120mm to 355mm) and double pneumatic chucks ensure holding large-diameter workpieces stable and efficient during pipe threading operations.

High-Rigidity 45° Slant Bed Construction :

One-piece bed adopts high-strength cast iron with a 45° slant layout angle to ensure maximum structural rigidity, superior stability, and smooth chip evacuation.

Quenched Guideways & Turcite-B Contact Surface :

Ultrasonic frequency quenched guide-ways ensure excellent wear resistance, while carriage and guide-way contact surfaces use Turcite-B to maintain sub-micron positioning accuracy.

Multi-Station NC, Hydraulic & Live Tooling Turrets :

Available with 4-position NC turret or 8-position hydraulic turret with optional live tooling capabilities for high-productivity turning, milling, and complex pipe thread cutting.

Standard & Optional Configurations :

Standard Configuration: Hydraulic tool turret, pneumatic chuck, hydraulic tailstock, automatic centralized lubrication system, cooling system, enclosed protective cover. Optional Configurations: CNC systems from Siemens, Fanuc, Guangzhou CNC (GSK), and KND etc., live tooling turret, live tools.
